Peanut

Posted in Dogs, Hawaii by garran on the March 23, 2008

This is a quick entry for kn who wanted a picture of Peanut …

Sundays are normally reserved for picture-taking and the plan is to capture enough usable pictures to last me through-out the work-week. However, this Sunday there were no pictures added to my collection but rather the acquisition of a 6-month-old German Shepherd/Pug from the Hawaiian Humane Society. The decision to adopt a dog was rather impulsive, as is the case for many of my decisions

Either this dog has a serious case of narcopsy or is simply exhausted. Since we’ve owned Peanut (9-hours) she’s fallen asleep on us 9-times and once at the Humane Society as we played with her. Her first narcoleptic episode was at the Humane Society, as we were petting her she literally fell asleep in our hands.

More on Peanut later, I’m exhausted. I didn’t realize the effort and energy a puppy consumes … Good Night!
