Oceanic Time Warner Roadrunner

I can’t recall the amount of times Oceanic’s Roadrunner online services encountered outages that has left with without internet access for hours. I intially noticed these outages in the winter months which brought heavy wind and rain, which I could accept as the culprit of the interuptions. As the winter rains gave way to the sunny summer days, the outages decreased in frequency however each passing showing wrecked havoc with the online services.

I refuse to plan my online usage around Hawaii’s daily weather forecast!

I’ve had enough of Roadrunner’s *beep* *beep* unplanned outages. Which leads me to Oceanic’s planned maintenance outages. With the amount of unplanned outages I can only conclude that their equipment service and maintenance department is considerably under-qualified.

Oceanic’s frequent hour/day-long service interuptions can deeply impact the bottom-line of home-based businesses, in which Oceanic Time Warner should be held accountable for revenue replacement during each of these unplanned outages.
