When UR Gone
July 20, 2007 by garran

How will I deal when you’re gone?
Have I learned enough to teach,
To pass on the knowledge but can they be reached?
Have I learned the lessons you have tried to teach me?
So damned sensitive, to scared to cry, but not afraid to die.
Can’t confide so I internalize.
Hustle, make your destiny ‘cuz you don’t believe in faith.
Questions what you’ve learned, been taught,
Define their definition, question authority.
Make a change!
Uninhibit your mind by any means necessary.
Help those who can be helped.
Forgive those who can’t be touched.
Carry the burden of those as if your own.
Learn from each day,
Unprocrastinate, not staginate.
Feeling so alone, no safety net to catch my fall,
Gotta stand tall — Ooh child, things are gonna get
Heavier when you’re gone.
I want you to look upon your child with desire
See my success from what you inspired.
